Presenters Lindy Korn, Law Office of Lindy Korn, PLLC and Amber Buday, Hunt Real Estate, Former LGBTQ+ Educator, University at Buffalo and Buffalo Public Schools will provide participants with an overview of the recent US Supreme Court decision, as well as New York’s specific protections for LGBTQ workers.They will also discuss the implications of these protections on LGBTQ survivors of intimate partner violence and abuse.
