Kara M. Eyre has joined Hurwitz & Fine, P.C. as an associate in the Premises Liability, Products Liability, Medical Malpractice & Nursing Home Liability and Transportation Negligence practice groups. She has extensive experience managing the defense of cases through all phases of litigation and has successfully argued appeals before the Fourth Department Appellate Division. Kara received her Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University.
Barclay Damon announces Ali Fatmi , associate, has joined Barclay Damon’s Property Tax & Condemnation and Commercial Litigation Practice Areas. His primary office location is Buffalo. Fatmi primarily concentrates his practice on general commercial and property-related litigation involving property tax and eminent domain. He has extensive experience working with prominent landlords and property management companies throughout New York City’s five boroughs. Fatmi has represented clients in civil court and the Supreme Court of the State of New York. Fatmi is a current member of the New York State Bar Association and is the former Young Lawyers Section chair and former Trial Lawyers Section liaison. He is fluent in English and Urdu. Joshua D.
