Proposed Federal Court Local Rules Amendments
The United States District Court for the Western District of New York is amending its Local Rules of Civil and Criminal Procedure. The Court invites comments on the proposed amendments, which are available on the Court’s website at www.nywd.uscourts.gov or upon request from the Clerk’s offices in both Buffalo and Rochester. All comments must be submitted by no later than

Join us on Saturday, March 12 from 12pm to 6pm at the Tralf Music Hall for the annual Lawyers for the Arts fundraiser, where attorneys across practices and parts of Western New York gather to perform music and celebrate the region’s thriving arts and cultural community. Lawyers for the Arts benefits Give for Greatness, ASI’s annual granting program that awards general operating funds to dozens of nonprofit arts organizations every year. Since we could not hold the Lawyers for the Arts event for 2020 or 2021, we hope you will support our efforts to bring this event to life and support the arts! •
